Be part of a supportive environment that values growth and makes a difference in families’ lives. We’re always looking for caring professionals to support youth and families through in-home mental health care.

  • We’re seeking compassionate and skilled Intensive In-Home Clinicians to deliver high-level, personalized therapeutic services directly in clients’ homes. Working with children, adolescents, and young adults facing complex mental health challenges—including mood disorders, trauma, and behavioral issues—you will provide intensive one-on-one support and crisis stabilization.

Responsibilities include developing and implementing tailored treatment plans using evidence-based approaches (CBT, DBT, trauma-focused therapy), collaborating with families and caregivers, and promoting long-term emotional well-being and coping skills in real-world environments. This role is ideal for clinicians who thrive in client-centered, hands-on settings and are committed to making a lasting impact.

  • We’re looking for dedicated Behavior Assistants to provide personalized, in-home support to youth experiencing behavioral challenges. Working alongside licensed clinicians, you will implement behavior modification strategies, teach new skills, and address concerns such as aggression, anxiety, and social difficulties.

You’ll collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and other professionals to develop tailored plans that promote positive behavior, improve daily functioning, and foster independence. This hands-on role involves direct one-on-one interactions, modeling appropriate behavior, and helping youth practice coping strategies in real-world settings.

  • We’re seeking caring and motivated Mentors to provide in-home guidance, support, and life skills training to at-risk youth ages 4–21. Our mentoring services focus on building positive relationships, fostering personal development, and helping young people achieve meaningful goals such as improving academics, developing social skills, and overcoming behavioral or family-related challenges.

As a Mentor, you’ll create a safe, supportive environment tailored to each individual’s needs. This includes regular meetings, goal-setting, and progress monitoring to enhance self-esteem, confidence, and overall well-being. The one-on-one, in-home approach allows you to make a real difference for youth who may not thrive in traditional settings.

  • We’re looking for experienced Virtual Clinicians to deliver high-quality, evidence-based mental health services to children, adolescents, and families via secure online platforms. You’ll provide therapy, guidance, and support remotely—helping clients manage mood disorders, trauma, behavioral challenges, and family dynamics from the comfort of their own homes.

As a Virtual Clinician, you’ll conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and use modalities such as CBT, DBT, or trauma-focused therapy. You’ll also collaborate with caregivers and other professionals to ensure continuity of care and long-term success. This role is ideal for licensed clinicians who excel in telehealth and value flexible, client-centered care.

  • We’re seeking compassionate Nurturing Parent Coaches to guide and support parents and caregivers in building stronger, healthier family dynamics. Through individualized, in-home or virtual coaching, you’ll help parents develop practical strategies for effective communication, positive discipline, and emotional connection with their children.

As a Nurturing Parent Coach, you’ll provide hands-on guidance, model supportive parenting techniques, and offer tools to manage stress, improve routines, and nurture healthy child development. By fostering positive relationships and practical skills, you’ll empower families to create stable, supportive home environments where children can thrive.
