Co-Founder of Curamind LLC
I’m Jared Tactuk, co-owner and co-founder of Curamind LLC — an agency driven by a mission to connect families with the support they need, ensuring that every child has the opportunity to grow, communicate, and thrive.
As a bilingual (Spanish & English) licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) with over a decade of mental health experience, I have dedicated my career to working with diverse populations. My passion for this field ignited when I began assisting children and families in fostering connections and resolving conflicts within their relationships.
I earned my Bachelor’s degree from Rutgers University and subsequently received a Master’s in Social Work from Barry University. Currently, I am pursuing training to become a psychoanalyst at The New Jersey Institute for Training in Psychoanalysis. My professional journey started as an intercept specialist, where I worked closely with families and children in clinical settings to ensure their safety and protection. Over the years, I have expanded my expertise to support individuals with disabilities and provide outpatient services for children, adolescents, and adults facing various mental health challenges.
At Curamind, our mission is to deliver passionate, skill-based treatment to children and families, always prioritizing safety and consistency. I’m committed to making a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve and helping families navigate their journeys toward healing and growth.

Co-Founder of Curamind LLC
My name is Marbely Valdez, and I am proud to serve as the co-owner and co-founder of Curamind LLC — a mission-driven agency dedicated to connecting families with the right support and ensuring every child has the opportunity to grow, communicate, and thrive.
From a young age, I’ve been fascinated by the complexity of human behavior. Long before formally studying psychology, I recognized that behind every action lies a reason — and this curiosity led me to pursue a path where I could not only learn about human development but make a direct, meaningful impact on people’s lives. My biggest motivation and reward has always been witnessing progress — seeing a child communicate for the first time, watching a family begin to heal, and knowing I played a part in that journey.
I earned my degree from Caldwell University, home to one of the top Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs. My professional journey began as an ABA technician, providing in-home services to children on the autism spectrum. Eager to broaden the scope of my work, I became a Behavioral Assistant, supporting children and adolescents with diverse behavioral and mental health needs, including OCD, ADHD, anxiety, schizophrenia, depression, etc.
Over the years, I’ve been committed to expanding my knowledge through specialized trainings and certifications to ensure I provide the highest level of care. I later took on the role of Child Development Specialist within New Jersey’s Early Intervention system, continuing to serve families directly in their homes.
What truly drives me is my deep-rooted passion for helping others and improving lives. Whether working one-on-one with children or collaborating with families, therapists, and care managers, I take pride in being part of a system that helps youth reach their full potential. This passion is what inspired me to help create Curamind — a space where care is intentional, connection is prioritized, and every individual is matched with professionals who understand their unique needs.
At Curamind, we don’t just offer services — we offer hope, support, and a commitment to long-term progress. For me, there is no greater honor than walking alongside someone in their journey and being a part of their growth.
